TopLipKit Limited (“TLK”) is only available in the UK and seeks to deliver all orders in a timely manner.
Packaging
All orders are sent out in a jiffy envelope and the contents are secure inside a sturdy box with full instructions of how to use.
Delivery Address Information
It is a purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the postal address is correct. We cannot accept any liability if the address you type on our website is incorrect.
We post all orders 2nd class within 3 working days.
Changes or Cancellation to Orders
Once you have paid for an order, if you have made a mistake please get in touch as soon as possible. It may not be possible to cancel an order but the sooner you get in touch the better and we will do our very best to help.
Returns Policy
It is the policy of The Top Lip Kit to ensure that all our goods are supplied to a purchaser in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product sold. To this end, we do not exchange the kit if any of the contents have been opened. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Damages / Claims
On the rare occasion that a kit’s contents arrive damaged, we at Top Lip Kit will ask that photographic evidence of the issue be emailed to us so that we can assess a possible refund or post out a replacement for the damaged part of the product. Our liability is limited to the selling price of the goods in all cases.
Returns Policy
We hope you will love your Top Lip Kit, but if you want to return it, we will happily refund you if you return it to us in an UNUSED condition within 7 days of receipt. Due to health, hygiene & also because of the recent Covid situation, we cannot accept any returns if any of the kit has been opened. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return by post
You can easily return your order by post and we will refund you if the product is damaged or faulty. Please detail what is wrong with the product or the reason for returning it. Please make sure that you get a proof of postage receipt from the post office. All returns must be sent to:

We will send you an e-mail to notify you when we have received the item and details of the refund.
Please allow up to 14 working days from receipt of this email for this credit to appear on your account. Top Lip Kit is only able to offer exchanges to eligible website purchased products when returned to the above address.
