Would Sugarflick ever cancel or move my appointment?

Yes, things change, and we may have to move an appointment.  If ever we move a booking it is usually because of the online booking to enable other bookings done in house, but usually, this is only by 15 mins.

If we have to move you to another day we contact you first.

We must stress that checking your confirmation email is important, in case we have made an error or you did not receive your notification.

We would cancel a client’s future appointment if money is owed to us for failing to pay a cancellation fee. There is more information on this page.
