Where do I park?

There is so much parking around, but please note much of the area is closed off until 19th July, so until open again, you can no longer drive through Bedford Place. It is blocked off outside our building and also top of Henstead road is now blocked to Bedford Place.

Would Sugarflick ever cancel or move my appointment?

Can I bring my children?

No, we only permit over 18’s and since March 2020 like many places, big changes. Only one person permitted at appointments, no waiting area, so anyone with you will have to wait outside or in the car.  

Do I have to pay deposit?

Since Covid, we changed our system, and all bookings, even if a die-hard regulars, pay in full before 6pm the day before. If booking online it will ask for the full amount.

Do you take cards?

Since covid we no longer take cards. All appointments are advance payment only by BACS. If booking online, it will ask for the full amount.

Can I have it done if I am on medication?

Please ask your GP first if you have any concerns. As all personal services will ask you, please let us know if you have any covid symptoms or feel unwell. Please get in touch if you think there is something we need to know about.

Do I have to have an appointment or can I just pop in?
