Once you have made a booking…(new clients)
We will send you a welcome email and ask for you to read this post. Once you have booked please check your spam especially if you have a hotmail, outlook or live email, they have high spam settings. Your welcome email contains valuable information to help us, help you, achieve the best results.
We love meeting new people and providing them with a fantastic service. We’re here to help you break the cycle of shaving, maybe you just want to try something new or perhaps wax has given your skin too much of a hard time.
We ensure that you have all the information you need to feel confident and comfortable throughout your Sugarflick experience.
We understand that trying out a new salon can sometimes make people feel a wee bit nervous or unsure, but we want to assure you that there’s no need to fear anything. We will look after you and ensure that you have a positive experience from start to finish, remember! we have been doing this for a very long time and you will leave laughing not crying.
We take pride in offering a more hands-on approach than other salons, which means we prioritise your comfort and satisfaction above all else. We believe it’s important to provide you with some essential information to ensure you receive the best possible service.
We also send you a consultation form to sign at the appointment as it saves time on the day and can flag up anything you are not sure of ie recent childbirth or medication.
We need to emphasise the importance of your hair length for your first visit. While the hair length can be shorter for the next visit, if a few weeks later, we ask that it be approximately 1cm – 1.5cm, for your initial appointment. This allows us to provide you with the best results. If you think your hair length is currently shorter than 1cm, please get in touch to discuss or reschedule your booking.
If the hair is not long enough on the day it is important to note that we may not be able to proceed with the treatment, or all of it, and unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
To achieve longer periods of “no hair down there,” come in every 5,6 or 7 weeks. If you leave it too long you may be tempted to do a DIY and undo all the work you have paid us to do! Many of our clients who have been coming for years come in just 8 times a year or less.
