Not one direction – underarms

This lady was in today and has been shaving for a while. The hair was strong, course, thick but came out rather well. This is because we took our time. We worked with the hair growth’s direction ie applying the sugar paste over the hair in the direction of the way it grows and then removing against.  At first it appears as 4 but its actually 5 directions. I wish I had filmed this now but its a wee bit tricky when working. Working this way allows the client more comfort, less redness, longer lasting results, as hair did not snap off which it will if you work in the wrong direction and it comes out so much easier.  Don’t be afraid to bin the razor.
