Hairy back or neck anyone ! Ever been in that situation where you’ve sneaked to a chemist or borrowed your Mum’s Veet ! then regretted it. Ever got your partner to wax you or ever been waxed by a therapist who takes just minutes ! The film “40 Year Old Virgin” springs to mind. Or, ever ended up looking like you need to visit the burns unit !
Well Sugaring could be for you ! No additives, no nasties, just sugar, water and lemon, an experienced hair removal practitioner, relaxing surroundings and great aftercare advice.

Ever called a salon and been told “We don’t treat men, sorry”
Well, Sugarflick are trained and experienced in Male Hair Removal and thats what we specialise in.

We do not operate a conveyor belt system with clients, ie in and out, next client please !
We don’t stipulate time scales for treatments on this site, until we meet you how could we know how long it will take. We can only give a rough guide when you call us to book.

All people are different, medication, size & previous method of hair removal, etc… all have to be taken into consideration, so we like to meet you first. Ever been somewhere and been rushed out because there was not enough time because someone else is waiting ! You get home and you are not happy because they have missed a patch !

Men can relax in the mens’ waiting room, watch tv or play the latest x-box games. Equinox is a brand new modern relaxing salon that specialise in Male Grooming.

about Sugaring

Sugaring is the oldest method of removing body and facial hair; it has been used for centuries. It is totally safe to use on any hair and skin type - yes, even sensitive skin !! The ’sugar’ is a pliable paste made from pure natural ingredients, not tested on animals and is so natural you could eat it. It is water soluble and easily removed from skin and clothing.

With regular treatments, hair re-growth is finer and more sparce.  For example if you come regularly during the winter by the summer you will probably only need one or two visits.  Please go to the FAQ page for more information.
