Been having waxing done for years but when I wanted a Brazilian and tried waxing it was horrendous (not helped by the untrained beautician). Decided to give this a try and was amazed at the results and hardly any pain! Wonderfully friendly and efficient service!

October 1st, 2008Excellent service, no sticky residue as in waxing,I had legs, bikini( and had a lot more taken off than I would dare with waxing!) and under arms. No stray hairs left anywhere and the straightest, neatest brazilian line I have ever seen. I will not use anyone else, Superb!

October 29th, 2008To say the least i am a challenge to wax lol but the sugar ball did a great job and i was very happy with the results. It was alot quicker than waxing and i will definatly be going back!
November 2nd, 2008After going to Sugarflick I much prefer sugaring to waxing – no sticky residue and no redness/soreness afterwards. It’s also a less painful than waxing (and I’m a wimp). It also helps that Fee is really friendly and puts you at your ease. Thanks!

January 24th, 2009After a lot of searching I finally found somewhere local for a hollywood and I would definately recommend it. I’ve only had 3 sessions but the hair re-growth has already slowed down and hardly any pain when being sugared. An excellent and very friendly service.
March 6th, 2009The website first attracted us but the level of qualifications sold us. My husband and I are now regulars. We have both had waxing before but not tried sugar. The service is outstanding and professional. The standard of the procedure is the best I have ever experienced for brazilians, it hurt less, infact it didnt hurt me at all. All the hair went!!! every last one, no breakages and no regrowth for 4 weeks! I did not feel embarrassed or uncomfortable infact we had a really good laugh. This is a totally different experience to any other salon and believe me, we have tried them all!

Fee is a superb practitioner, professional yet friendly and most importantly excellent at her job. As a trained therapist myself I can tell good from bad and she excells in every department. Just last night used sugarflick for the first time, so different to any salon waxing experience! No messy wax left on, unlike most other well known salons, and the pain was definitely less. February 19th, 2010Have been going to Fee’s for a few years now and always have a great finish no matter the treatment but especially love the great result with the underarm sugaring, the finished look is really clean. None of that dull grey shadow you’re left with when you shave and they feel really smooth too. So glad Sugarflick is now in Bedford Place, plenty of parking, some great shops too.
February 22nd, 2010I’ve been sugaring for 9 months now and it’s been amaazing. I used to have incredibly irritable and dry skin and the sugaring has made my hair less coarse and I have much less irritation. I don’t think I could go back to shaving again! Brilliant substitute for shaving – especially for your pits!
February 23rd, 2010I have been to quite a few salons in town, I must say that the Fiona and Emmaline are friendly and proffesional. I was worried aboput my hairy bottom and would have never have discussed this with other waxing salons as most of the staff are very young. I felt normal as this is quite a common thing people do not like to discuss. I has a wonderful chat with Fiona, I would fully recommend this place if you are nervous or this may be your first time having a brazilian or hollywood.

March 6th, 2010Had a bad bikini wax experience with a salon in town and they did not wear gloves !!! then a friend recommended that I go to Sugarflick. It is less painful and Fee is great at putting you at ease. The salon is clean and no double dipping into the sugar! I would recommend the salon to anyone.
March 7th, 2010Fee is the best in town for your hair removal needs!! she is a professional perfectionist! time is not even an issue as long as every single hair is taken off. I have been to many other salons in southampton and have had various mishaps : no cleaning of skin before and after (fee makes sure all this is necessary), have had burn marks the next day (fee always checks temperature of sugar) and as i have tough course hair most salons are not thorough (fee will not give up until the last hair is out!). Also another added bonus is that no one else has ever made me feel so comfortable during treatment! For a friendly fantastic service : go to fee!
March 15th, 2010I have seen Fee in other locations in Southampton and have to say this is the best location. Fee makes you feel welcome and comfortable all the way from booking to finishing the appointment. I always want something slightly different to suit my vanity needs and never feel rushed or hurried and am always ecstatically happy when I leave.
Everyone seems to start off with waxing, then upgrades to sugaring which is way better, all that’s left is to then upgrade to Sugarflick for the best ever, or why not simply start off with Sugaring in the first place?

March 29th, 2010Well, where to start? Sugaring is the best hair removal treatment ever. I found the Sugarflick website whilst trying to get rid off my big 80′s style bush!. When I first met Fee, she was the sweetest ever lady I know, gentle and funny. She did my brazilian so quickly I didn’t know what happened! My Chewbacca, as I call it, changed to a sexy Mr. T (Mohican style). It was a month ago and I need to go back soon. To be honest I can’t wait.

April 21st, 2010I had a rubbish “brazilian” by a salon in town where it wasn’t actually a brazilian. Sugarflick take EVERYTHING off properly and is the best place I’ve been. Sugar feels 100 times better than wax and Fee is amazing! The new place is nice and quiet and has brilliant light too.

June 21st, 2010Fee, I just had to write and say after being a sceptic of sugaring (I am a qualified waxing therapist) my initial reason to have sugaring was to test you out! However not only did I find you professional, your salon is divine and has the perfect ambiance of scandanavian freshness! The technique and less sense of pain has secured me in the knowledge that I shall return for my brazilian and have been shouting from the roof tops to all I know about it…..don’t go anywhere else but to Fee at Sugarflick, Bedford Place! Keep up the good work – “women you CAN be hair free” and feel fab because of it without having to break the bank account and being ripped off! I look forward to my next visit!

Fee was extremely kind, patient & constantly asked if I was ok as I suffer with back problems and find it difficult to get comfortable on a salon bed. It was very reassuring as other salons have not been so understanding. Despite having to adopt different positions that are standard for my treatment, all hair was gone!
July 9th, 2010I was so nervous before going to be sugared. I’m such a baby when it comes to pain! But fee was lovely and really helped me relax and it really wasn’t as painful as I thought! The result was amazing and I can’t believe I wasted so many years shaving- my skin is so soft now I’ve stopped!!! Have recommended to all my friends and am a true convert! Can’t wait to go back! August 1st, 2010OH MY GOODNESS!! Never again will i go back to waxing (pure killer pain everytime!) and i’ve been waxing for the past 5 years. Everytime was torture and did not get easier but now i’ve discovered Sugaring and it’s AMAZING, the pain is gone! does not hurt and the pain is practically nonexsistent! AND best of all, the hair grows back even slower than waxing. Go for it girls!
August 5th, 2010Having just returned from another treatment at Sugarflicks, I am more then happy with the results. I find the ‘Sugarballing’ technique to be almost relaxing! Fiona is absolutley fantastic. Its lovely to have someone who can put you at ease whilst having such an intimate treatment. I would highly recommend Sugarflicks!

She might take a bit longer than some therapists but that’s because she makes sure every unwanted hair is gone rather than ignoring any stubborn strays! The sugar is really gentle too and left no redness. Brilliant!
September 12th, 2010Fee is awesome and I go to her more for her friendliness and sugaring expertise. The studio is a wonderful, light attic room that means you get daylight even in the winter and aren’t being overlooked – usually salons can’t have windows as people would be able to see in, so it’s lovely. Sugaring is less painful than waxing, and seems to last better.

Ser Brasileira me da a razao de dizer que “eu entendo de depilacao” e eh otima, voce termina a depilacao e nao sente que esta queimando como a cera comum, adorei nao vejo a hora de voltar.
As a Brazilian I think I know when I have a good waxing, and believe me she is the best I ever had here in 10 years living in uk finally I am happy again without any hair.

I had previously heard of sugar wax removal and thought I would try it out… I have literally just had a treatment and I couldn’t be happier with the result or the service… BRILLIANT!!! I will definitely be going back and be recommending it to all my friends!!

I have found them friendly, by putting you at ease when you walk through the door, into a clean warm and safe environment, and professional, before, during and after your treatment. You get sound advice, and they take pride in their work achieving results that both you and they are satisfied with. Prices are very reasonable, with a treatment that is well done. They have gone from strength to strength. I am pleased that I go to Sugarflick. WHY don’t you try them too, you won’t regret it!
January 8th, 2011For those who are a bit unsure of whether to take the first step and get Sugared – I first tried Sugarflick last month and was so impressed with the professionalism and amazing results that I returned for more dehairing :) I can honestly say that after spending years shaving that I will never go back after seeing the amazing results of sugaring! I was told being a shaver meant the hairs would be stronger and more difficult to get out so after expecting a painful treatment I was pleasantly suprised to find that it didnt hurt like I had expected at all – the second time is even better and the results are fantastic! Another advantage of Sugaflick are the discounted combinations you can get! I had a Hollywood, Under Arm and Legs done and will definitely be returning again and recommend to anyone who is considering this but still not sure to just go for it and book an appointment, make it your new years resolution to convert to Sugaring you wont be disappointed!
January 8th, 2011I tried sugarflick after many attempts at waxing. I had been burnt and always found that the therapists do not even know how to do a proper brazilian or hollywood One waxer used hot wax which left me in agony for days after leaving wax on my skin after the treatment.
After my first sugaring I was amazed at the difference. There was no flaking, and the result lasted a lot longer. I was not left with dried on wax! The sugar ball gets out all the unwanted hair instead of sitting there getting plucked at for ages.
The chilled out atmosphere created puts you at ease, especially when you are so exposed! This is the only hair removal place I will now go to.
February 16th, 2011After many disappointing waxing sessions, sticky bits everywhere, sore skin and regrowth after a few days and too many near fatal experiences with my friend Bic, I decided to try Sugarflick. Had my first brazilian about a fortnight ago and have been delighted with the results, very little regrowth after the first session and the whole experience was a lot less painful than waxing, and not a single sticky bit left behind! The sugar ball technique is brilliant for all those stubborn hairs, and Fi really does get every last hair out even the tiny ones!! I also have very sensitive skin and usually react quite badly to waxing, but with the sugaring my skin reaction was very mild and had disappeared an hour or so later. Fi is a very professional practitioner and makes you feel very relaxed in the comfortable surroundings, she treated me very much as an individual and we had a few laughs! I would definitely recommend Sugarflick and I will be returning soon. Even if you are really nervous, Fi makes you feel so at ease. No more waxing for me and my friend Bic will be retired!

I’ve already pre booked my next appointment and even my ‘wax a phobic/I’m keeping all the hair that god gave me’ boyfriend seems tempted to try….RESULT ;)

I have found no one, in Bournemouth, as professional or attentive to details than Fiona. I would definitely travel again just to get sugaring by sugarflick!!! July 5th, 2011This is the best place I’ve been too! I have tried many different salons in Southampton, but have very rarely gone back more than once! Sugarfllick is amazing! The process hurts a lot less than normal waxing, you go less ofter and the results are so much better! Those ingrown hairs are now becoming less frequent as well!
Fee is brilliant! As soon as you walk in that door you feel relaxed and during the session I’m laughing most of the time with her funny stories!

August 5th, 2011I have been having a regular bikini wax for years and for the last 11 as an expat in shanghai but this summer I was unable to fit one in before I flew home to Southampton. I googled and found Sugarflick and can honestly say I feel I have missed out for years. I decided to take the plunge and have a brazilian and I have to say it’s been fab! Unlike waxing I’ve had no rash, pussy spots or anything. Fiona was amazing as I was so nervous, she made me feel totally at ease. Every time I fly back from Shanghai Sugarfkick will be the first place on my list to visit. I cannot recommend it more!

Fee really knows how to make you feel at ease and the treatment feels like it’s over in minutes once you get carried away chatting and listening to the radio. November 13th, 2011I’ve tried several places in Bedford Place but this is definitely the best. It’s much less painful, and I’ve never had to do any ‘touch -up’ work with tweezers afterwards, 5* recommendation! Fantastic & extremely thorough, and the treatments are excellent value for money.

Fee is truly a master of her craft and you could not wish for a more fun, friendly, professional to be let loose on your wild and curly ones. The results are by far the best I’ve ever had. Sugering hurts less than normal waxing, you get a much better result and ingrown hairs become minimal!

January 21st, 2012Sugarflick is fantastic, initally went to Fee for my Brazilian but left with so much more. I suffer from PCOS (Polycystic ovary syndrome) which has resulted in darker thicker hair on my chin and upperlip, not only did Fee sort this out for me but also gave me some sugar and very usefully techniques on how to use it. My face is soo much better and it’s actually helped with slowing down the growth and lasts so much longer than tweezing! Thanks Fee! x
